Frequently Asked Questions

  • What are your business hours?

Though we aim to accommodate everyone, we also need to rest! Our standard business hours are 6:30 Am- 8 pm.

  • What is mobile phlebotomy?

Why go to the laboratory when it can come to you? With mobile phlebotomy, you no longer have to wait in long queues at the clinic or sit in an uncomfortable office. Just book a visit, and we'll take care of the rest at your convenience!

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

All our services are self-pay and can be paid online. We are unable to bill insurance at this time, but plan on making this an option in the near future.

  • Where are you located?

Our main headquarters is in Anchorage, Alaska, but we are a mobile team and can easily travel to most locations within the state. If you need to visit us, we are located at 6633 Brayton Drive in Anchorage. Although walk-in services are not recommended, you are still welcome to stop by.

  • What areas do you serve?

Currently, we serve Anchorage, MatSu, Girdwood, and JBER. We are continuing to grow as needs come along and if you're interested in services but are located in an area not mentioned, simply email us and we can find a way to accommodate you.

  • Do I need a provider order?

No! Being patient-centered, we want to ensure you have control over your health. That is why we offer self-orderable tests that don't require your physician to approve. These tests are at a discounted rate and are sent to Quest Diagnostics

  • Can I request services for my patient?

Absolutely! The easiest way to do so is by calling us. The only information needed is the name and contact number. From there we will get in touch with the patient to schedule a time that would be best for them.

  • How can I get my lab results?

Typically, lab results from local hospitals are uploaded to your patient portal within 48 hours of testing. However, if the lab work is done elsewhere, the results are sent to the ordering provider via fax. If you have any difficulties accessing your results, please contact us immediately.
